I'll take a guess that you have rhino ramps? Looks like one of the rubber bumpers on the bottom of ramp fronts.

Hey, where in Jersey? did you get flooded out 2night? I work in Mahwah, Bergen Co. and 30 min south of us they were evacuating people in boats.....

 

So do I get a prize? j/k. my ramp bumpers come of so often this was an easy one for me.

Yeah, it was rt 17 in Rutherford NJ that was closed due to the flooding. I heard the water was almost as high as most peoples door handles. And some of the intrinsically stupid were attempting to drive through it.
