well, four months ago 2-day i put down a thousand dollars on a z. needless 2 say i have not received my beloved car. i havent even received my conformation order or a VIN# 2 say the least. i talked 2 the president of the dealership about a month ago, and he told me that nissan is really geared and focused on making the "more value worthy z's" for now i.e. the touring, track, performance. he told me that he would be checking into the enthusiast(what i ordered) and he would "touch base" w/ me every week until it comes in. well i havent received my z, or a phone call since our last visit. i pretty much know that i am getting the shaft in the wrong end of my body!!!......im pissed!.....i have called nna well before the "PRESIDENT" and i met 2 let them know of my frustrations. nothing much of them was done. i really dont know really what they could do. can ne 1 shoot me some ideas of what i might be able 2 do in this matter!.....thank guys and gals

 

In your town their should be a local office called the better business beareau. Report to this office to file a business complaint. The office and their lawyers will call the business to inquire about the complaint. Your issue should be resolved in as little as two weeks. If worse comes to worse, you can give them alittle more leeway (time) or you better look for a lawyer as you never know if the dealership has a good reputation or not.
