The only thing I'd say is that..

"In the suit, Salinas seeks compensatory damages, “consisting of the cost of replacement of the 2003 to 2004 Nissan 350ZX vehicles..."

I would guess a front suspension replacement might do the trick and a total replacement of the entire car isn't needed.

After everything is said and done. Look for a check for $2.50 cents. And the value of the Z heads into toilet.

Yeah, they don't know what they're talking about. I wonder if this applies to 350ZX TT's as well.

I have had performance shops, random people, and even dealerships call theZ a 350ZX. Infact when I bought the Z, it said 350ZX on some of the paper work

" Is it the turbo one? " (I tell them they don't make a turbo 350Z) " Yes they do, my mom has one "

Default Regarding the 75K

The amount being sought is likely to be no where near what they are hoping to get out of Nissan. Cases like this always start high, so that when all is said and done, if there is a victory, the outcome won't be (as was mentioned) a check for $2.50.

That being said, after attorney fees...

Sound like you Know from Experience..

I didn't figure a 74,000 Dollar check would arrive in the mail..

Start High - You can always ask less.. Ha!

But I can tell you this - the associate at Mikal Watts..

Gave me an insight, of the laws in place that Nissan has Violated..

I would not want to be in thier "Happy Coats" at the next
Nissan Corporate get together..

Cheers Amy -
