Isn't the whole reason there are 10 foreign cars (or so it seemed when I was there, heh) in all of Seoul (and the rest Korean vehicles) because it's ridiculously expensive to import cars there?

I can't imagine driving a Z there, you're a brave person.

bro.. i don't think its worth it. you'd have to pay alot of tax from what i hear, which is liek more than 100% of the vehicles cost?

I think you will be paying an outrageous amount of money to just get your car there... better leave it here in good hands for say $5000? to me? =P

ic...well i already own the Z, and if i move then id have to sell it i guess? i was wondering about freight costs to ship it and such; i know that the reason motorex charges so much to import skylines is because the jdm skylines arent street legal; i was inquiring more along those lines, like if i ship my Z over to korea, as long as i get it registered am i good to go? or do i gotta change emissions stuff or any mechanical aspects too?

I don't know anyting about shipping a car to Korea but I have looked into shipping my Z to Spain. I have a residency permit for Spain (lived there the last year and a half) and can return to take up residency again. I am allowed to bring my household goods which includes one family car but it must be used (over 6 months old) without paying import duty. I have heard of poeple importing classic American cars under this system and turning a pfetty profit by selling the car once they were in Europe. I understand the Z sells for about 30% more in Europe so if I wanted to play that game I could make a small profit but I don't think I will be going back. By the way, the shipping costs quoted me a shipping company was approximately $1,500 (insurance included) from Port of Oakland to Port of Rotterdam.
