Flew into a curb at 20mph, now wheel makes weird noise and shakes after 70mph
I was taking a turn at about 15-20 mph when i lost control due to about half an inch of dust on the u-turn. I smacked my front right wheel into the curb and i ricocheted off it pretty damn hard. I had the alignment fixed, but I noticed today that when i reverse, every few seconds there is a creaking noise. Also, right around 70mph, my steering wheel starts to vibrate and shake pretty hard, something that never happened before. Does anyone have any idea what could have happened?

Chances are you didn't damage anything.. you just messed up your alignment.
I would make an appointment with your local dealer just to get it checked which is free. They will tell you if you damaged anything, which i'm 98% you didn't, and 99% sure it's just alignment issue, which they can do for I believe $79.99.

I agree with the others on that you bent the wheel since it did happen to me. The fact that you said it vibrates at high speeds sounds the same as when I hit the curb at around the same speed you did. Of course I didn't do this in a 350Z, but in another car.

Same thing happend to me last week except I lost control because of wet road conditions. Taking the car in to the dealership today to see what I damaged. Only thing I can see is a bad misalignment in back right wheel (its at least an inch off... it's pretty drastic looking, though). And the Sway bar is badly bent

Pretty much what has been said before. If you already did an alignment you should go have the rim checked and see if it is bent or unbalanced, also check the wheel bearing. Had something happen like this a few years back driving in snow, car slid and hit a curb. Shattered the wheel bearings. Either way hope it gets fixed and is nothing too bad

just went to discount tire today
wheel is definetely bent.
now its a matter of finding a new wheel, then having the dealer look at the control arm and wheel bearing.
