I'm not sure if it will work, is it specifically for the 350z?
I could be wrong on this, but it sounds similar to the NISMO thermastat. you can find it at perf. nissan's website. (vendor here on the site) But like I said, I am not 100% sure this is the same thing at the NISMO.. hope this helps!
