Default Various problems with my used Z...need all input!

I bought my Z used, with 9900 miles. I have had several issues with it and I wanted some opinion.

1) Broken fuel gauge
I took it in to the dealer for this. When full, the needle points to about 10 o clock, instead of 2 o clock where the F is. Supposively the dealer is ordering a new part to fix it, so I'm going to see how it plays out.

2) Airbag light is faintly flashing
I was resting on my wheel for a few seconds when I noticed that my airbag light was very faintly flashing. During the day, it is not noticeable, but at night if you look closer, you can tell it is constantly flashing back and forth. I am going to have the dealer look at this as well.

3) My cupholder is stuck
My cupholder does not pop out anymore. At first it would not stick in, then finally I pushed it til it does not pop out anymore. That's rather flimsy, and I'm hoping the dealer can repair it.

4) The Wheel Incident
Refer to the link. It was my fault.

If anyone has any input of any of these problems, please let me know. The Nissan dealership I am going to is kinda clueless about anything with this car.

The car's still under warranty so problems 1-3 should be taken care of by a dealer. If your dealer is clueless, there are others in Houston - take it to one of them.

SW Baker Jackson has been pretty helpful with me, you might want to try them out.

1)I dont know about that fuel gauge, it seems to me that everyone and their dog is having issues with getting the car to take a full tank of gas. The pumps shut off prematurely for some reason. You might double check that.

2)Have a dealer look at it.

3)Probably from spilled beverages? Maybe it needs to be cleaned?

4)Have a dealer look at it. I'm not sure but I don't think hitting a curb is covered under warranty.

#3 ...mine too, and I forgot to mention it when it went in last as I don't use it, but it would be nice if it worked.
