the pics are 800,000 bytes. Does anyone know how to shrink the file size so that I can post them?

Download me: http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm

After you install it, hit CTRL R and change the size of the image to 640x480 (the max you can upload to this site) and that should do it.

Irfanview is a great, very fast, non-bloated image viewer which should come standard on all PCs.

I tried like you suggested and it did make the pic smaller, but however it made it a larger amount of bytes. Do you have any other suggestions?

You should have a program on your PC called Paint. Open -PAINT- and go to - Image- click on -Stretch/Skew- and make the 100% a smaller number.

Best thing is if you have PhotoShop.

Once you've reduced the size, press S...

At the bottom, a box should be checked Show Options Dialog, and this is where you can decrease the image quality (which will reduce the file size). You can also make the picture 320x240, etc.
