Default Glass code etch backward

I noticed that on the driver side glass, the glass code is readable from the outside and on the passenger side it's backward (readable from the inside). Strange but true.

Doh! Your right of course, I never noticed.

I still think its strange, must be so you can read both the
drivers side glass and the passenger side at the same time, Heh.

I hadn't looked that close, but they aren't curved? On the 240Z, the rear control arms were interchangable stamped steel pieces, with one side curved and the other flat, like this

so on one side of the car, the bottom of the arm was flat, and curved on the other. Nothing really to do with the windows, but always found that interesting
