The convertable top
I have a couple of questions for all of you fellow Roadster owners.
1. After you guys clean your convertable top, what do you use as protectant?
- I have some awesome cleaner, but I have seen no type of protectant for a canvas material roof. Plenty for the other types of materials though
2. I have had my Roadster since early Aug of 2003, and am now starting to get a couple of wear areas in the roof. Only one of them is an actual hole now (about the size of a small marble). However on the inside I am seeing a couple of spots where it looks like it might open up to. Anyone else had this problem? If so is it covered under the bumper to bumper warranty?
Thanks for your feedback
Chris

i use 303 canvas and vinyl protectant. works great for me.
about your wear spots, read the threads below. you have the first generation top like i had, so chances are that your top will be covered.
