Question HomeLink problems

There was an earlier thread, but I don't think it was resolved.

I have a Rolling Code door opener, and was able to program the mirror transmitter properly. BUT ---

My regular opener doesn't work anymore, nor does the outside opener. It seems that the 'new' transmitter changed the code.

Their Website doesn't have any suggestions for this problem.

Can anyone help?

By remote control openers for the outside still work. Just try reprograming your outside ones also.

Just press the little 'yellow' button on the backside of the master unit. I think a light back there will start to flash. Then press and hold the remote button until the door starts to move... Should work the same for the outdoor pad. Hope that helps....

Cool Homelink problem solved

Thanks guys,

I broke down and read the door opener manufacturers manual. It said to reprogram using the inside wall unit control. Worked like a charm.

Thanks! My wife's Pilot has the HomeLink and of course, the S2000 does not! At any rate, we lived with just having the two transmitters but it seems that I'll have a way now of making iot work!

Thanks very much for the thread shoalhaven!
