Did anyone else get the limited edition books from nissan? My friend works for nissan and gave me two. It is in tinted bubble wrap. The book is black with a marketing letter.

If you're talking about the packet containing three separate books, I got one. If I remember correctly the way it was explained to me, it was given by Nissan to the members of the ZCCA via the local chapters. I was at one of the meetings this spring when one of the officers came in with three sets. He gave them out to the two of us there that have 350s. He explained the story about NNA putting those together and distributing that way. I believe it was a one time thing and was only done as part of the 2003 return of the Z. BTW, there are only 15,000 copies made so not all Z owners got them.

 

I have 2 sets, there are 3 books in each set.

 

So are they sending the books to individuals? Or only distributing them through dealers/clubs?

Seriously it is pretty cool how they care about us....my parents didn't get anything free with their new minivan

 

There is also the "Lust Then Love: The Story of the 350z" hard cover book. I got one off of Ebay it's a great book.
