Another from Bankston Lewisville.

I've also heard great things about Courtesy Nissan in Richardson.

Hmmmm.....
I had talked to a salesman at Bankston in Irving, but he wasn't real helpful.

I've got one on order from Urban Nissan in Duncanville, they were the most helpful out of everyone I talked to.
Lewisville would have been too far.

So the next question, anybody here delt with Urban before?

Courtesy Nissan!

Took delivery of first 350 from them on 8/24. Treated me like a king! Got extra goodies and had quite a little "party" out there that day! Bought 350Z at MSRP and I can highly recommend them as great folks to deal with. Truly memorable experience! They are also big supporters of the Z Club of Texas.

Have had numerous bad experiences with Trophy Nissan although they are physically, my closest dealer. I will never go back.

I shouldn't have to "know" anybody to get some f**king service for a $35K car that I paid MSRP for, not to mention all of the money the dealership was going to see when I came in for mods.

Yep, I would have to agree.....knowing them makes it better. Or maybe it's know where they live and park their Z's that ups the service level.

Bankston of Dallas.

A coworker of mine is taking delivery of his Z from Urban Nissan within the next few weeks. I think so far he has been treated pretty good.

wow alot of bankston lewisville......Ya'll know thats where I got it.

Sales : Clay...very nice guy...needs to read up on the Z.
Aboslutly no red carpet treatment...it was just like buying a Altima.

GM: Guy... very nice if nissan calls him first.

Finacial Dept: IF you dont have perfect credit....and they think you got cash watch out. The warranties and add ons is where you gotta watch it since you can get your interest rate anywhere.

Trade in: Don't do it unless you wanna get riped off (but I think that is common)

Service: Example, I just got my oil changed today...I got there and they were not busy at all....I sat there in the service bay for a half hour until someone said you need help? Needless to say is a hour and 15 min wait for a oil change... good service? The oil change just took em 10 mins...I think they realized I wasn't leaving... Well it was free so I didnt expect much.

If you wanna read other problems just do a search.....IF YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH YOUR Z call 1800-nissan1 THEN go to the dealer. Nissan WAS GREAT they take care of you and make sure the dealer doesn't drop the ball.

Parts Dept: I ordered new value stem caps since they didnt put em on the car when I got it. month and a half later....STILL NOT HERE.

This is my second car Nissan dealership experience...I have bought from courtsey nissan in richardson in the past...In the future I plan to go back to them...they are not conviently close like the bankston Lewisville...ya know since I live in Lewisville.

For me, it was one (of many) perks from my dealer, Courtesy Nissan!
