Well I am the latest recipient of the Lust then Love box set. It came with a thank you letter from Nissan, along with the book and a sealed brochure that seems to be numbered. From the letter it seems all pre orders will receive it.

For reference I got my car 8/31, but I think they are just getting around to sending these out and probably waiting to get confirmation that the actual person that preordered took delivery.

Yeah, mine came yesterday too. Pretty sweet package. Of course now I have TWO copies of Lust, the Love (my delaer gave me one too)... I think I'll keep the Nissan one for my Z propaganda collection and use the dealer one as a coffee table book... or maybe ebay...

 

I did the same thing. The Nissan copy is safely protected in it's box, and the copy I bought from Courtesy is on the coffee table.

 

Darn....I wish I hadn't ordered that book from Courtesy Nissan! Anybody want to buy one?

 

Does this package thing come to those who ordered the cars or to those that have had the car for awhile? I pre-ordered mine back in early September and my car should be coming either December or Jan. Would I get one of those too?

 

Here is the back side of it. A little logo back there. Got this from the Z tour that came by here. One of the guys was nice enough to let me drive the car. OMG had guys just stare at me. Who am I kidding, they were staring at the car.

I believe it will come only to those that pre-ordered before the 6/17 deadline for preorders.

 

Do you have to sign for the package? UPS tried to deliver a package from Nissan for me today while I was not home. I wounder if this is what they were sending me?

 

Mine arrived today. Z arrived 4 Sept. Now my Courtesy Nissan copy can go to the office.

I got a notice from UPS that I had to sign, so that must be it. I got the z middle of September.

 

This could be old news, but HEY, it's new for me. Yesterday I had a sticky on my door from UPS stating I had a package and thatthey would re-attempt delivery today. I was like hmmmmmm? I get deliveries quite a bit and I know my UPS driver, and he knows to leave EVERYTHING at my door! So I called em' and sure enough, the sender specifically requested a signature upon receipt from at least a neighbor. So sure enough I told my neighbor and they delivered it today. Pretty heavy box from Nissan saying "Thank you." I open it and to my pleasant surprise there was a SHINY HARD-BOUND BOOK worthy of sporting right on top of ANY Coffee Table!

It has some simply stunning pictures of not only the new 350 but of the original 70's car all the way up to our car! Friggin AWESOME! Also there is a Commerative (sealed) brochure which blows any previous advertisements completely away! I'll post up some pics tomorrow. Too lazy right now.
