alignment on a 411
hey people,
I was going to put this in the repair forum but more people check this one out. I have an alignment set for friday. Just bought new tires and wheels, and for the money I put into them 50 bucks to make sure my specs are right is chump change and will help me sleep better at night. Not that the alignment is the final fix. different topic.
I originally had the alignment done to the newer specs (april04), a little before it came out but that was with the stock tires. I know the TSB calls for a Hunter 611. All i can find around me is a place that had the HUNTER 511, but my car sat too low for the lasers. I have a Bridgestone/Firestone dealer that does the work for a local dealer but they only have a 411 or something like that.
Does anyone know if this is okay, or should I really hunt for a 611? Thanks for the help.
supposedly the main difference is the 611 just uses the latest computer technology while the 411 is an older operating system.

Hey you should also see if the guy will let you sit in the car while you do the alignment. That way, with you in the car alone, the alignment will be perfect.
I used to do alignments as well, and the added weight does make a difference on the computer screens.
