Have a deal on some new wheel will they fit my car correctly?

Blitz Type 03
18x9 Front
18x10 Rear
285/35/18 rears and 245/40/18 front
+22 offset on both

will these clear without any body mods
my car is stock height. I can get these for $1k

I think they sell on ebay for less than that with tires included.
Im personally not a big fan of teh style also 18X10 is REALLY WIDE!

lots of people are running 10 and 10.5" wheels.

yes they should fit and should clear brembos. those are some badass old school wheels.

Sadly I am non brembo. I have always liked these wheels also. I think I can wheel and deal him down on the price. I am just worried about the 285's not clearing.
