Don't own a 350Z, yet, but I will. Future project (in the works)
a 1978 280Z with an early 80'S 280ZX turbo motor transplant.
Now thats going to be one interesting Z ;0)

Well I last year I put down my deposit on the LeMans Sunset Performance and recieved in early september and then three months later I found the z car I had been looking for before the 350 came out and I couldn't stop myself from buying it .
Its a 93' Red NA with only 20,000 miles t/tops black leather 5spd and the BIG spoiler that came as an option from the factory. I'll post pics of my z's as soon as the temp gets above 10 degrees and there isnt 5 inches of snow on my driveway. Yea i'm way to lazy err i mean busy to shovel

Fresh out of College, '74 260Z. Loved that car even when it didn't start because of the kill switch when the seat belt wasn't fastened. Always seemed to fail when it was raining and I had to open the hood to over ride. Took a little time to realize it was easily disabled.
1980 280ZX. All the improvements I had wanted in the 260. Electric windows etc. Got out of the sports car mode (I thought), in 1985. Didn't like the design of the Z's until the 350. Fortunately have now as a fun car. Full circle.

I haven't owned any Z's (yet), but they run in my family. My dad had one of the first 240's off the boat in '69, and then bought a 280Z (78?). My brother owned a 260Z (74?). I almost feel like it's my duty to sustain the family tradition...a Z would certainly have some sentimental value beyond all the other good stuff about them!

Zs I had when I was a youth:
High School years (83-85)
'83 280ZX 2+2 Bronze, all options.
College - UCLA ('ol 280 until 87 then moved up to the Z31)
'87 300zx Turbo (Z31) White, White Z wheels, all options including a tasteful aero package.
Both cars were nice rides for the time and for my age.
