Default Possible clutch problem?

I have an '04 Performance 6MT that has recently started doing something odd. Whenever I come off the clutch in first gear from a stop, the car sort of shudders a bit. It is not a smooth transition coming off of the clutch. It used to be. Anyone have any idea what this may be?

Speaking of CLUTCH problems the transistion between first and second in my 03 is a bit rough - the only time it's smooth is at low RMP's
