Unhappy weird clicking noise

For about a week now there's this clicking noise coming from the rear of the car somewhere. It's similar to when you park an SUV after a long ride. I can only hear it if the windows are down and it only happens if I push it a bit on first. It only lasts for a few seconds, maybe below 10mph. It's weird to explain but it's starting to freak me out a bit. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Stupid question....... I bring this tsb in to nissan and tell them I got the problem and they fix it for free? Please dont slap me around for asking. I've never had a car that had problems like this one.

IF YOU CONFIRM: A "clicking" noise is coming from the left and/or right rear axle when accelerating from a stop. ACTION: 1. Determine if the noise is coming from one side or both sides. 2. Replace the Outer Axle Joint(s) and the Wheel Bearing(s). · If the noise is coming from only one side, replace parts on only one side. · If the noise is coming from both sides, replace parts on both sides. · Refer to section RAX in the Service Manual (ESM) for replacement instructions. See this bulletin for further detail.

Thank you for your help, I think that just about covers it. Now I'll have to deal with the local dealership...

I was going through all the TSB's and noticed that I couldn't click on the one about the drivers seat. Sometimes my seat feels a bit loose, I'm pretty sure it moves although it's barely noticeable. Anyone else have that problem?
