Who has NOT had a problem with their Z (mechanical or otherwise)?

Got one of the early 03's ordered Jan and picked up in March.
Currently has 20,000 miles
1.) tire feathering issue - which was fixed.
2.) Cd player died
I don't really rate these as "real" problems, after owning a new 03 M3 which was in the shop 5x in 8 months b/c it wouldn't start and had SMG failures.
I think the Z is a pretty tough car - I would venture to guess 90% of the tranny failures were due to abuse. Ironically - the WRX had the same problem when it first came out. I owned one of those too and my tranny never failed.
my $0.02

Amen. I've got an early (#1100) '03 track model, and the trannie has been rock solid. My only problem in almost 10,000 miles has been the driver window motor, replaced under warranty last month. Car is awesome.
I am now searching for wood to knock on after this post but 2004 18000 miles and not one problem except damn tire feathering or maybe it was the fact that i put springs hmmm lol anyways in search of wood now
