Last week I called NNA when my local dealer told me that a replacement for my bent rim was at least 30 days out and I was basically **** outta luck. NNA listened and logged my complaints about how ludicrous it was that a single 18x8 wheel was not available anywhere on the continent and although they couldn't work as fast as I did in securing one, I did receive a hand-written note from my NNA rep today thanking me for the opportunity to document my concerns and issues.
