I have a 07 Z with 17,500 miles on it. I had the slave cylinder replaced
by Nissan which was under recall . That seems to work very well but now
i'm getting a popping / crunching sound under the front of the car when
braking . The dealer had the car for three days waiting for parts and they
had removed the transmission to fix it. Anyone have a similar condition
happen when clutch slave cylinder or transmission replaced ? Or any
other ideas on what is going on.

 

Dude take it back to the dealership. Advise them this started right after the repairs and let them check it out.


Could be anything though. From a loose bolt, dirt and rocks in your splash shield, a wheel bearing falling apart etc...

 

I have a 11 z that just turned.50k and I spun a bearing so I bought another engine from a local.salvage yard it was a very 37 out of a infinity with an automatic so the motor really was not beat it had 20 k for 2200 pUT it all back to gether no check engine light I was stoked . But after a day I got a service engine soon light my codes came back as intake senser.manifold temperature hot bank 1
