I have a commercial daquiri machine but it won't fit in the Z. Maybe someone coming from the south would like to pick it up. We need more southerners to caravan next year.

Yeah, when I was looking at the TOTD website early in the week prior to ZDayZ, I was disappointed to see the Wakin' the Dragon event at the same time. I was worried that the place would have been crawling with bikes. After hearing the stories about the cops on Friday and Sat, I hoped it was because of the bike event, not us. Maybe that will mean tha next year they won't be targeting the ZDayZ crowd.

I'm sure it was the bike event they were after, not us. And I would like to put in a good word for NC Troopers; as I was getting pulled back onto the road after my little "incident" a NC Trooper came rolling up and stopped. I thought "Oh ****" but he was totally cool. Never even asked for my license or anything, just said you gotta be careful on these curves(Like no ****!) and enjoy the rest of your weekend. Granted, he did not see it happen but I get the feeling those TN boys would have found something to make me part with a bit of cash!

We had the SPort Z Publisher's Choice which essentially is their BiS choice, which Kelly won with his awesome looking Redline 350Z. We also have the Peoples Choice BiS which all entrants selected. I like this one because it is selection by your peers. This was won by Mike Twitty, Sr's red 300ZX. Finally we had the "What's Hot in the Streets", which was kind of a staff BiS choice. We'll get the full list of award winners posted up on our website soon with pics of them receiving their awards from Shelley, who I maybe should be calling Ms. ZDayZ, and if we have them, pics of their winning cars!
There were some absolutely beautiful cars in this show. I'm honored that I won what I did, especially given the competition. I can't wait to see the photos of all the winners and their cars. For a guy who came into the "Z scene" upon arrival of the 350, it was really cool to see the earlier generation cars, especially since there were so many immaculate ones present. The most important thing is that it was a REALLY fun time. Even if I'd won the "Nastiest Piece of Garbage" award, it was well worth the drive to come and hang out with everyone. Thanks again to all the ZDayz staff for a priceless weekend.

Adam,
I feel ya on the dragon fuel, I burned over $300 this weekend. Considering I average 2.8 mpg over the dragon. I finally figured the run with Doug last October, was an average of 52.8 mph and 1.22 mpg. Damm Sloe Truk. She gets thirsty.

Bryan, that is just sick! I think Nascar trucks do better than that! Guess I owe you more than a beer for that tow rope.

You, sir, are not mistaken about the "flyer". However, unless I am just not familiar with the term, that is a bit of embellishment! j/k! From some of the posts I have seen you would think I would have more than a small smudge on the rocker panel to show for it. And it did not exactly slow me down on my exit drive Sunday morning, either, so it's all good.

Scroll down towards the bottom. I believe his posting method is from oldest (top of the page) to newest (bottom of the page).

Bryan, if that's all that's threatening your record, I think you are safe at least until ZDayZ '07.

WOOOW... Thats a lot of Zs...
Yep... here's 151 of them.... we counted another 30 at the village and/or at the top of the Fontana Dam while everyone else was parking below
