I just got this HU installed this weekend with the TV Tuner....Wow talk about HUGE sound quality improvement over the Bose. I was wondering if anyone has come across the issue for that that have this, where CD-Text doesn't seem to work on CDs. Though it works fine when reading MP3s. Not the biggest problem in the world, but if doable would like to fix. For something this minor I'm not about to send the thing back to Pioneer.

I have an AVIC and have had a similar problem. I have put in a brand new store bought CD, and for some reason the AVIC wouldnt read it. Was not really an issue though, as I rip my CD`s to a blank disk in MP3 format and they work fine.

i have the same thing with my n1. i could be wrong but i think that store-bought cd's don't have an .m3u file for the cd text on it. but yea, better to make a back-up to play and keep the "master" in case of scratches.
