problem?

I have three rims with paint spots on them ( inside the rim ).. like little blobs of buildup. I took my Z to the dealers today for them to check out.. they were able to scrape one off with a fingernail but the other two they left alone.. They are small .. and you really have to look to see them.. but I know they are there... The Dealer is checking to see if Nissan will cover replacements... Also.. I stopped in and told them about my Bose Amp problem.. they had not a clue about the fix.. I told them they had to call in to order the fix.. I have not heard from them yet. I called NNA and I must have gotten the most non-informed person there.. had not one freaking clue! I had to expalin over and over... sheesh.. I will call tomorrow and see whats going on....

What.. am I the only one having this type of problem?
