I bought a OEM spiler from the spoilerdepot in Miami Fla. The generic instructions came with it. It is an awesome, painted spoiler for 185.00 shipped. I only had to drill 2 - 1/4" holes and the drilled holes lined up perfect with the factory holes from underneath. It was a piece of cake to install, just a little nervous taking a drill to my mint 04 DB ZZZ. Would recommend pre-drilling with an 1/8" hole first. Don't forget to remove the plastic cover from underneath.

I am wanting to get one of the OEM look alike spoilers in CF from ebay. I cannot find one on there right now but have seen them before. I also plan to use the double sided 3M tape. Has anyone gotten this spoiler before and if so, how is the quailty.

You can get the tape at Home Depot, it is part #4011. Just cover the underside of the spoiler with it and you will have no problems. The spoiler depot one has nothing protruding from the underside, the OEM one does, cut those off with a dremmel.

+2 on the 3m tape.
The OEM spoiler is secured with 3m type tape along with the screws anyway, to keep water and moisture from collecting underneath it. So regardless, you'd have to join your spoiler to the hatch with some kind of adhesive.
I shaved the bolts off the OEM spoiler and applied with 4011 (as recommended by kbirdsong) You can find this stuff at Autozone and even Wal-Mart.
About it coming off? I'm willing to bet six people attempting to yank it off with the car traveling at lightspeed will not take the spoiler off. It is THAT secure with the way it is surfaced on the hatch. It has an almost sunction like quality to it. Besides, any downforce applied to the spoiler at highspeed would only push it down on the hatch even more. It really has no awkward balancing issue like say...a veilside wing would have.
Removing the spoiler would require a heat gun to soften the 3m and a ridiculous amount of time separating the 3m with dental floss.
