Check this out. It was on the website for Automobile magazine.

edmunds
Instead of employing exotic materials to reduce the Z-car's weight, it looks like Nissan is simply whittling down the chassis to a smaller size. The current Z has a wheelbase of 104.3 inches, and while the next-gen Z isn't likely to match the short 95.1-inch wheelbase of the Porsche Cayman, we're guessing something between the two numbers is a safe bet.

Hmm and you think those are the final bumpers? nah once they get the wheel arches nice and tight, I am sure this new Z will be shorter and lighter.

Post isn't completely worthless...few new shots I hadn't seen before and probably the only pub that actually thinks this is not going to be the next gen Z although their logic is flawed.
They think it will be a smaller vehicle because "you can see a second set of A-pillars, denoting a narrower car than the 350Z?" This is right before the author states that the car is equipped with a roll-cage which is clearly seen in the photo provided. Clearly not a "second set of A-pillars."

Then they state but ignore the significance of the brake package, wheel size wheel track and performance character of the cars being tested against.
