That's for optional seat Vibrator, EU option only BTW.

The interior shots show how shortening the car is having an impact on ergonomics. Everything looks like a minature version of the 350Z interior (shorter from front to the back). The front of the car looks blunter and sort of high off the ground, especially at the hoodline (Dodge cars have this look as well). I think the car looks okay but there's not enough dazzle to let go of a 350Z. I also think this car will make the 350Z a classic if it isn't already.

People who have never owned an earlier model Z will not know the difference of course but that's the nature of change. Dr. Evil would probably call it "Mini Z".

This hatch design is lighter than our Z33. No windshield wiper, and no wasted material to fold over the C-pillars. I always wondered why our Z33s had that, and now it looks like Nissan engineers figured out how to get rid of it. Also, I read the Motortrend article and it appears in addition to the aluminum hood our Z33 has, the doors & hatch are also aluminum (or composite, hopefully whichever material is cheaper).
