Can the "Z" handle the future competition?

Regardless, the Z will be a force to be reckoned with. Look what the GTR does with MUCH more weight, and lower HP to its competitors. While the Z would not have the AWD, I am sure Nissan has a trick up their sleeves....

The turbo mustang hasn't been confirmed to my knowledge, and I think people may realize that a turbo V6 gets pretty much the same MPG as a V8. Hell, look at the MPG ratings for an Evo X.
"Initially, that strategy means putting a turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6 in the Lincoln MKS sedan in early 2009 and adding it to the 2010 Ford F-150 pickup and the new Ford Mustang in that general timeframe. It also means putting boosted fours eventually in the Ford Fusion, Focus, and Fiesta, with displacements likely ranging from 1.0 to 1.6 liters by 2020."
Thats just the info I've seen on that stuff. They wanna pretty much put a turbo in all their vehicles it seems. Why can't nissan do this like they used to?!

The 911 has been around, tried, and tested.
I really don't think you have anything to worry about.
Just look at the older 911's, and how they still hold up.

I currently drive a 08 350shizzel lol...I dunno I had to. And I will continue to drive it for the next 2-3 years have it paid off and see from there. F.I or a next gen Z, or what ever will be there. I wish they bring back the RX7 rotory F.I love
Zeds offer reliability, performance, looks, good ergonomics, relatively good MPG, & "modability", all at a reasonable price. Most Sports cars offer some of those qualities, but not all of 'em in one package!
