Default CarMax Jumping on the 370Z

So I was purusing CarMax looking for a new project (hobby of mine) and came across their model dropdown for Nissan. Check it out. I'm pretty sure they'll never see a GTR.

Carmax in WhiteMarsh, Baltimore, MD had a GT-R on the showroom floor, but then again, it's also a Nissan dealership.
But it was already bought, just sat on the floor for two or so weeks. lol

they pre-sold 6 of them. I am working at Carmax but in Garland,TX. They always keep us updated on what's happening and I believe the first one sold there was a white one for 76,000.

So CarMax is selling MSRP with no mark-up for GT-R?

GTR will be a long ways from now. Carmax will not pay more than $45K USD for any car it takes in. My uncle found this out when trying to sell a loaded 07 M45 with 8k miles. He ended up selling it privately for 51k.

The Nissan dealership here in Melbourne, FL wants $100,500 for their GTR. The additional $26k on the sticker in the options below MSRP is labeled increased to Market Price.

Car Max in Whitemarsh is taking orders for 2009 at msrp. Best deal around, Jones had two for 116000 each and sold them. Thats pathetic! Just want to add my 2 cents but 76k + for japanese car is crazy. I wish this car was 50 or 55 . Thats my budget so Ill haveto wait to get a used one.

no reason why carmax couldn't get their hands on a used one in a couple months after the hype dies down.

Just like the z06 when it came out and now you can purchase used ones for around 50k and new ones now for 65k.. Allow the dust to settle and the prices will lower...
