I just tweaked again and I think it's pretty close now. Now that so many revealing photos have been circulated, it would be in Nissan's best interest to release some real production photos at this point to put an end to the speculation and photoshops.....

....well it was worth a try, anyway!

Well.. keep in mind we had this photo which makes it look like the 'c' pillar angles back towards the car's front before looping around into the curve....

Far to many versions floating around....

I can't blame them, it looks bad ***. Although MC, if you trade your GT-R you'll have people questioning your sanity.
I hope i'll eventually like it but there's alot of cars i hated from previews and i still hate now. Like the BMW hardtop Z4 or the Spoon Hardstop S2000

which is what the new shape of the Z seems to look like. if nissan is trying to bring back the fastback like they did w/the old 240/180 sx, i don't think it's gonna look that great on something so bulky. But who knows

Even based solely on the camo car, it's obvious the new Z will make the old one look a bit dated. Shorter, lower and wider....it's a more muscular and aggressive look.

Case and point, it will be hawt. All the naysayers will recant after it is out a couple of years....

Although, HiHo_Silver350 has a point, it does look like Nissan is taking the hatchback route. Guess we will see.

Thanks for the photoshops ZZ.

I remember all the Z32 fans whining just before the 350Z appeared...now most of them probably own one. Most of the time, the design of a car usually improves with the next generation.....the 370Z will no doubt eclipse it's ancestor in both looks and performance.

Slow down. It looks ok...i love it because it's a new Z but, still will be happy till they work the bugs out and come out with a special edition....4-5 years from now.

IMHO, the Nismo Z is grotesque.....like some kid found a bunch of bad JC Whitney body parts and stuck them on. Sorry.

Don't be sorry,At least it's functional.I was going to sell the nismo but have new respect for it after taking some curves friday night that that car had no right to pull off without it trying to slide out.

I am mixed on the Nismo.... In person it looks much better; pics do not do it justice. I LOVE that front end pic posted above; reminds me of a GT3.
However that rear end is H O R R I B L E!!

I was going to wait for a Nismo or special edition, but if it takes 4 to 5 years for that, I will just buy it also and make that one my track toy....

No it was designed by autech for function but btw my car won three first place trophys in car shows this year and they were people's choice. To me though form follows function and it does that very well.If a car looks the part but doesn't act the part i don't want it.
