Road And Track New Pics
Nice pic there with the gauges... this car is looking better and better. I was gung-ho about trading up before, looks like im going to get myself on the reserve list at my local dealer for hopeful spring delivery
Actually it's white, but cameras pick up a bit of blue easily with the LED backlit clusters. When I did white LED gauge mods I had a heck of a time trying to bring out the natural white color at night, but it kept showing up blue. At least there's no annoying blue "ring" from the G cars.

As for the digital gauge, the top LEDS are fuel and the bottom is temp.
As for the buttons by the shifter, the top left is hazards... dunno on top right... VDC, snow mode, etc...

Just in case you didn't know, white LEDs are blue LEDs with yellow phosphor coating. If you look at some pictures of LED mods, some give off more blue tint than others. Manufacturers bin sort LEDs and sell them under different part numbers according to their color temperature ranging from cool white, neutral white, to warm white. So in this picture, we're seeing cool white. Digital cameras will exaggerate this color, but in person the blue color is not as noticeable.
As for fuel and temperature display, this one looks interesting. I don't think those tiny dots are LEDs. I think the gauge face has pre-drilled holes for the fuel and temp "dots," and the indicator dots are part of the entire LCD panel. I think this is cheaper for the assembly process, so the best we can do here is pull out the LCD and swap out at least 6-10 amber surface mount LEDs for the backlight. The odometer backlight should have around 6 LEDs. Changing the colors from amber to blue or white may require changing resistor values.
From modding the 350Z gauge clusters, these should be PLCC2 type LEDs. Talk to member "Acree" here for mods. I'm too lazy to do this stuff for anyone haha.

My Likes:
START BUTTON ( finally )
No key technology (key inside fob just in case)
LED Screen on the left
Led's in headlights
Disslikes:
Tail lights
Body shape windshield to back
interior reminds me of bulky i dont even know what
offsets
rear bumper
oval exausts from g37 and its exaust note going to be the same
headlights are ok but the bubble is killing it (still on there on those pics aswell, look closer at front right shot at the right headlight)
front bumper ( i know they are going for the big daddy gtr look but z shall stay the z)
blind spots are probably worse then they already are
rear crossbar? is gone but maybe just gone in the mule, note how there is still place to put it on, liek its meant to be there, or maybe done it to save space so kind of fitted around the suspension components...
steering wheel is ugly
seats are ugly
shift **** is i dono what they were thinking
navi version i like but its over used by infiniti imo
gauge pods with roofs on them? looks like a joke
i suspect those are the rims that are going to come with the car, and they aint looking pretty (suprise for me from nissan, all they rims are nice)
ride hight at the back is a no no
Agree ? Dissagree? please state why or why not! thanks.

Need high-res versions of these shots! c'mon R&T, post them up so we can see even more details. Pics are on the small side. I wish they did a close up of the three gauges on top of the center console...
I still have mixed feelings about the interior. Looks a bit crowded with the center console very upright and dominating most of the dash, but at least it'll be very functional. The gauge pod also looks a bit messy, I wish they didn't highlight those four little buttons at the top so much with their own trim piece and shape. If they were somewhat hidden and let the cluster round around the gauges would have looked cleaner me thinks. But what do I know anyway?

I don't know how to say it but can I say "Sex on wheels"? It's that good looking! You really need to stop and look at the design and see what they are trying to show us. With this design, I wouldn't be surprised if it wins the 2010 most appealing sports coupe by JD power and associates.

Nice find OP, this looks really cool...
