Those Headlights...
Yes, putting the subwoofer in the floor over the spare tire to be covered by luggage is definitely a big improvement. Granted this will not be an issue for many people but for those who actually want to use the space and listen to music at the same time, it will be a problem.

There's a lot of things I like about the car but a lot more that I don't find acceptable.
I like:
- Discontinued the Notre Dame hood introduced in 2007
- More powerful and lighter
- Interior materials have been improved
- Stabilizer bar moved forward to open up the rear storage space
- Flared fenders
- No antenna
I don't accept:
- Flakey headlights and tail lights
- Catfish or Walrus (take your pick) front intake
- Exposed, bare metal stabilizer bar behind seats (this may not be the case but it looks like it so far) makes the car look unfinished and cheap
- Blunt, pug-nosed appearance of the front
- Optical illusion of the hood being high off the ground caused by the car being made shorter (essentially the car's aerodynamic "look" that the 350Z has is now lost on the 370Z). The car essentially looks like a 350Z put in a vise and squished.
- Small wheels and tires retained while the fenders have been enlarged in proportion to the rest of the car (this is an issue with the 350Z and the 370Z design just exacerbates it)
- Poor location of the subwoofer (probably necessary because the rear wall found in the 350Z has been replaced by the stabilizer bar...probably one area where weight reduction was achieved)
I can live with:
- Less storage compartments
- Cramped interior (this will vary with the size of each person naturally)
- No rear windshield wiper

Dayum, that really puts the front end into perspective.

why get irritated over it, it's not like you own a 370Z, it's not your problem, there will be many who will buy the car, and many already admit they love the entire car's design.
like the 2nd post says, "cry me a river".
