Default My Two cents about the 370z

I really like the car....except for the tail light. I think it does not look right.
Thats how I think it should look or close to it.

Yeah I got the roof painted in black...I used paint since I dont know how to photoshop. Thanks

Without the fins on the tails, it wouldn't look right within the design language. That line runs down the car and just terminating the body line will ruin it. Trust me, when you see the car in person, it will look a LOT different than how your head puts it together. From the back, you really can't see that part of the tails because they wrap hard against the side of the body.

The fins actually do the car some justice. I'm pretty sure the aftermarket eyelid manufacturers will come up with something to cover the fronts and rears that way everyone will be happy. Personally my lights are going to stay stock.

I think the new lights are out of place. There's nothing on the car that they compliment...nothing! They put them on just to do something different. No other car manufacturer is doing anything like that either. That should be a major clue.

The modified pic looks better. I wish Nissan would have run this buy a few more people than a small "focus group" before they committed to the design. Maybe showed some alternates...I'm sure they had several on the design board at the beginning.

I like the taillights like that. can you do a photoshop of the front lights cutting off the boomerang part to look more like the GT-R?

If that's the way the 370z taillights "should" be, then it would look the same as the ugly 350z taillights.

I almost want to see some black trim along the side skirt area in this.

The camo'd black 370z pics look great to me but the 'Full Release' pics kinda ruin it for me. Maybe it's the color?

It's like turning it back into a 350. I know retro is all the rage today..But come on, you have to go back farther than 7 years.
