OK, I know this has been mentioned before but this is a different spin on it. Instead of complaining that there are so many 370Z haters on this board I want to make a thread just for that. I like to come here for information but I see it is littered with negatives that add little value to the informative content. What's cool about the other boards, like the 350Z board, on this site there isn't all that negativity. You can go there to get info and not have to weed through a bunch of 350Z bashing. Maybe this can isolate all the hatred in one place. So, I thought I would start this thread so you guys can just let it all out. What do you hate about the 370Z? Why is it not as good as the 350Z? Why do you think it will not be substantially lighter, faster, etc. ? In what ways is it a step backwards from the outgoing 350Z? Finally, why will you not be considering buying one and in what ways did Nissan really screw this design up?

Once the car is actually out, I see it on the streets, and the aftermarket parts flow in im sure ill want one. I will probably pick up a used one in about 4 years though.

I am thinking the same thing. I think aftermarket is going to get wild on this car.

They Hate It Because Their Current 350s Are Now Last Gen, And They Cant Accept The Fact That To Keep Up With The Better, Faster, Lighter Model Of The Z Series It Will Cost Another 35k... So They Hate Just To Make Themselves Feel Better About Owning A 350z. Im The Opposite However, I've Had My 350 For Just Over 5 Years, So Im Ready To Get A New Car, I Might Wait To See What Comes Out Over The Next Year Or So. Id Really Like To See What Honda Would Do With A New S2000, Or Acura With A New RSX!

Oh for gods sake get over it Steve!

You really need to accept that people on here genuinly don't like the 370z and prefer their 350. Not everyone is as crazy for the "next new thing" as you are (let me guess, you were the first in line for an iphone?)... you'll find these "haters" you describe only 5% of the people on here. I wish my 350 had the weight and power of the 370 but I'm also happy it looks the way it does... it's fast enough- I'm not interested in having the fastest car on the road. I'm happy with my 350 and a lot of others here are too.

I'm glad you're a little materialistic gen-y 7urd who goes out at the first sign of an upgrade and blows 35k. I also hope you encounter some 1st year problems and dish out more money. You run your mouth on here about people not liking the 370 to "feel good about their 350". Why do you find it so hard to believe that not everyone should be loving the 370 as much as you? Pi$$ off to the 370z forums and stay there....

hm...I personally like the 350 better than the 370 right now...maybe my mind will change when I see a 370 in person. But I like the 350 lines better...

oh and I'm not biased ANYMORE...lol...I don't drive either.

edit: oops, didn't even see that this is a dupe thread. locked.
