It indeed is a very good lens.. nothing you can do about what a wide-angle does to an image however. I can't remember if the MKII is a 1.3 crop or a 1.6 crop (1.3 I think) which means 40mm on that zoom would get you relatively close to normal.

The 370Z looks 5-10% larger because it is 5-10% closer to the camera...

I went to the LA auto show and I have to say pictures don't do justice, the new Z looks awesome! i think more so than the 350z

Trust me its my work tool, its a 1.3

any side by side birds eye shot to show how much shorter/wider the car is compared to our 350?
What are the rectangles below the headlamps?

I think it's a Lens cleaners.The option that mandatory in some market.

the 350 is lowered as well, that could be playing a part in the height difference of the two rides.
