MMMMM....I wonder if Nissan took down the site. I downloaded the manual from that site about 30 minutes ago. Now it doesn't work. Interesting......

The link you posted is not valid, it's the shorterned version with the "..." in the link. That doesn't mean that they didn't take it down though, I looked on the Tech Info site and this is what it shows...

Warm Up:
When racing the engine up to 4,500 rpm or more under no load condition, the engine will enter the fuel cut mode.

Great feature, but I hope this is only until proper operating temperature is reached.

^sounds to me like "When reving the engine up to 4,500 rpm or more under no load condition, the engine will enter the fuel cut mode." and that it applies at all times.

Guess no burnouts or reving for the 370z........come on nissan, let the car guys have some fun.

Do the 07-08 hr motors have this same lockout?

So does this mean that you're going to be able to dump the clutch at 4500 as some kind of ghetto launch control?
