Default if you were me....

I currently have a G37 and previously owned a '03 350Z (bought new). Both were toys and not daily drivers so 4 seats vs 2 isn't an issue. If you were me, would you sell the G for the new Z? Just curious.

Jon

As a "toy", I'd definately go for the new Z.

The Z is definitely a mod toy. I can't find much modding opportunities with the G37. Even the audio part is tedious to work on due to the integrated screen. I want to yank out the stock system and put in a new one.

If I may be so bold as to suggest...it all depends on what you want to do with the vehicle.

If all your overwhelming motivation is performance, the 370Z is the way to go...if you like a bit more comfort/convenience with a still quite hefty dose of performance then the G is a better choice IMHO.

maybe once you drive it/sit in it, you can make a better decision. As of right now, I would say no.

Get the Z if you just want it as a toy.

2 seats or 4? You car pool or you don't? Toy or DD whats the diff?

Dude...You said so yourself that both of your cars were TOYS.. So technically (by your standards anyway) you never had a daily driver nor had the need for one. So the question is pretty moot..

Heck the thread title should have been... Should I own 1 car or 2?

Get/Keep what makes you happy, you ultimately have to look at it and drive it everyday. It seems to me as though you are second guessing the G, so maybe getting a 350/370 might suite your needs best.
