Default Strong 370z Review from Leftlanenews.com

http://www.leftlanenews.com/nissan-370z-review.html

Bottom line:
Why you would buy it:
You think buying a hot personal sports car with great handling and power shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Why you wouldn’t:
You are still holding out for your 1979 Trans Am.

What an absolutely sh*tty review. I could have written that after reading the press release. The only redeeming quality of the writing would have been the use of metaphor, which just drops off midway.

TERRIBLE JOURNALISM.

Not at all. I was just wondering what kind of new vehicles (same class as the 370Z/two door coupe) you'd come up with that offered the same performance for the same price. Z cars have been pretty unique recently in that starting with the 350Z their hasn't been too much direct competition in terms of price/performance. WTF is your problem? Your post reeks of sarcasm. Step away from the computer and get some fresh air buddy...

Used NSX: How old and out of warranty is that? How much does it cost to maintain a mid engine car? Next...

Used C5Z06 - A C5 Z06 is not all that IMO. Not a fun car to drive unless you are on a track. Then again, it is my thought... You may like it, but no. FIRED.

Used C6 - Maybe...

I'm really starting to think you don't even own any Z. Every post I've seen from you has been completely unconstructive and just flat out retarded. This one is no exception.

No wonder people are flocking over to the other 370Z forum.

Dare I say that on a tight track, the Z370 will be faster than a C6 Corvette.

Here's the lap times at Top Gear track:
# 1:25.3 - BMW M3 e90 Saloon
# 1:25.7 - Audi RS4[12]
# 1:25.7 - Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder
# 1:25.8 - Lamborghini Gallardo (wet)
# 1:25.9 - Morgan Aero 8 GTN[13]
# 1:26.0 - BMW Z4 M Roadster
# 1:26.0 - Mitsubishi Evo VIII MR FQ320[14]
# 1:26.2 - BMW M5[15]
# 1:26.2 - Porsche 911 Carrera S (997)
# 1:26.2 - Brabus S Biturbo Roadster
# 1:26.4 - Lotus Exige (mildly moist)
# 1:26.7 - Porsche Cayman S[16]
# 1:26.8 - Chevrolet Corvette C6 LS2
# 1:26.8 - Ferrari 575M Maranello GTC[17]
# 1:26.9 - Lexus IS-F

The Z4M was actually faster than the C6. The IS-F is more or less as fast and the E90 M3 was almost 2sec faster. The C6 is not that fast in a tight track.
