Test Rode In 370
Just got my oil changed up at my local nissan dealership and i saw two magnetic black 370's and one blue. They were nice but the interior was nicer and while i was waiting on my car to be out of service i talked to one of the salesman for a little while about the car and he wanted to know if i wanted to go for a ride...I was like H3ll Yea. So we took a short ride around the general area of the dealership and all i have to say is...nice, the sychrorev match was pretty cool too. The car handeled very nicely and for the updated weight specs on C&D this z definitly makes up for it...the guy cherped the tires in 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd, the exhaust was also really quiet until you get on it and even then it wasnt that load. It was a completely different feeling than my 03 base with a few bolt ons but i also have to say is that fully loaded its $41950 sticker price and the base sticker prise was like 35K so im definitly not getting one. I still didnt like the headlights and fangs in person but the taillights were nice (didnt like those in pics either) but hey the fangs can be fixed with an aftermarket bumper. Overall the car is nice IMO

i dont believe they were asking for anything over the sticker price (no markups atleast) but you still have the usual...tag, tax and title.

I also have an '03, and bought brand new in 2002. It's time for a change...
Aside from the price tag, do you feel it's a nice upgrade? Does it look noticeably smaller? As for acceleration (minus chirping tires), do you feel the potential? Lately my Z feels "heavy" and boring since it has been 65k, and I've not done anything besides change belts and oil.
If I simply want power, the Corvette would be the better. The Z is fast enough if it's everything better than my '03.

People need to understand 0-60 means nothing. The 350Z can run low-5s with decent tires. The Z was always held back by its terrible Potenzas. Look at the 1/4 trap speeds for a good indication of how much quicker a car is.

yes it was at the avenues and to everybody else that asked it was definitly an upgrade from the 350z and the modding potential is DEFINITLY there and it was noticibly wider...maybe only because a blue roadster was parked next to it

Can you quantify this statement please? I want so badly to believe you have a point, but your communication skills must be so far advanced that I can't even see where in your post you left clues to your messianic message that will save me from my troubling lust for a 370Z.
