Is the interior of the 350z really that bad? I never really thought so but I guess my previous cars were all pretty budget to begin with and in saying that a lot of the American community are displeased with the bose, I think it goes pretty good for a stock system

I know the 370z has a higher quality interior but a lot of reviews are making it out to be something found in a very high end car by comparison to the 350s interior... is it all that much better or just a talking point since the cars are so similar?

owning a 350 Grand Touring, and having looked at the 370Z Touring with Sport.. it's significantly better yes, but it is not high luxury by any means... it is what I would call higher quality, not necessarily high luxury.

The 06-08 interiors were pretty good. But the 03-05s were kinda lousy.

In the first month that I owned my 350, I scratched the plastic part of the inside door handle with my watch while adjusting the seat. It irked me that the material was so fragile but got over it and replaced the part. That's my only beef with the 350 interior. Despite the crossbar in the back there is still a lot of room there.

The 370 has somewhat better materials but the whole design change is sort of weird and vertical on the dash. I like the slope design of the 350. I also wouldn't want to have a big pipe exposed right behind the seats as the 370 now has...makes it look half-baked. The rear space area is actually smaller than the 350 despite relocating the crossbar pipe thingy.

I think Nissan was breaking in a new design team with the 370. Hopefully they'll do better next time.

The interior of my 03 can best be described as "early Areospace". But i'll keep it for the rest of the package.
