The supercharger was removed from the vette. Wound up having too many problems and incompatible with track driving.

I got the LMZ5s from a guy on another forum. I think you can get them from any dealership though, probably mynismo.com or courtesy for the best deal

Nice to see a lot of familiar names!

Thats a coincidence!

Jeremy, The GT-R is nice, but I would have had to get rid of the Vette to get it and I'm not ready to do that, plus all the warranty voiding issues kind of turned me off to it, not that I haven't prety much voided the warranty on every car I have owned in short order anyways.

i hear ya... it's one of the things that is making me hesitant to pull the trigger... but, i'm sure i will mod it, so warranty be damned... as long as sharif stays in business and i can have it repaired / upgraded / etc., i'm all set...

btw, sharif is really hounding me to get one because i've been waffling between it and the Z06... *lol* so, we *might* be vette buds...who knows...

If you want to give mine a spin on an extended test drive, let me know. I'm about 50hp down from a Z06, but I do have the body and wider tires. You will find its a much more heavier feeling car to drive than the 350, although the newer ones do have new improved steering gear also.

that is an extremely kind and generous offer, mike... i really appreciate it and may very well take you up on it... sharif was kind enough to allow me to take his GT-R out for a good while and i must say i was very impressed with how it handled in the curves... the power was nice, as well...but, since his is so much higher than stock, i'm afraid i'll be disappointed in factory performance of the GT-R...

heavier car, i can take (the GT-R is a pig)...but, how's the body roll and feedback from the steering? comparing yours to the 09 Z06, that is...

Good lord, I'm changing my wheels right away also. There's going to be 1,542,454 19' sport package wheel sets for sale in the classified forums in like the next week.

LOL @ the fact that you have a C6 as well. A C6 and a 370Z is like the old Notchback and 240Z (everyone had each of those as well).
