Do not "settle"!!! If you do you will always feel cheated and will come to resent the car.
If you want white and can't get a '10 then get the '09. Case closed!!

id buy used to save multiple thousands of dollars while retaining a factory warranty. 09 370z with lots of $$$ for wheels, visuals, audio, vs stock 2010 with maybe 10K less miles. the choice is yours OP
I'd say it depends on what you want and if they added features in the newer year. You'll definitely be able to find a 2009 way cheaper then you would a 2010. Hell you might be able to find a 2009 used by now lol.

Nothing changed from 09 to 10, so if you can get a better deal on the 09 then go for it. I wouldn't consider the 09 370Z a "new" model - not in the same sense the 350Z was in 03. I usually stear away from first year models too but i had no problem buying my 09.
I have an 09', there have been zero issues with my car to speak of. There is no change from 09-10 aside from the supposed in cabin filters for outside air. You should have no trouble finding an 09' PW for less than invoice, check auto trader, and also dont be afraid to travel to get the car. I know guys that live here in TX that have bought one way tickets to NY, bought the car, and driven it back, all the while getting the initial break in done at the same time. I mean, look at these, you know you want one. Thats my Roxy!
