It's not an oddball question at all. I am debating this same issue in my head... going back and forth between a G37xS sedan, and a 370Z. I'm single, live alone... but have a 115lb Alaskan Malamute... lol

the roadster has been less storage space than the coupe. In my experience it is not a "grocery getter" that's what Evo's are for.

If you are trying to ask if the vehicle is a grocery getter, then the answer is no.

The 350Z is fine for the things you mention. Any car has its limit. But for a two seater with a hatch I think there's plenty of room. Remember this is a sports car.

I have to respectfully disagree. I stopped at the grocery yesterday and brought home 4 12-packs of coke, a large bag of charcoal, two bags of potting soil and three bags of groceries. All that took less than half the cargo space and didn't block my rear view at all.

I think they are practical....

I have had one since 06 as a DD and everyday car.
I had a G37S for a while but, It really wasn't much of an improvement to lose the handling.

The 370 I think is better then the 350 (flame suit) because it doesn't have that stinking bar in the middle of the rear.

You need to have a freidn with a pickup truck though. I live in MI so SUV's are everywhere its a bit different for me.

Bumper sticker seen on a truck: "Yes, this is my truck. No, I won't help you move."

If your a single guy and moving to miami, that sounds like the perfect location for a roadster.
Without question. I DD a 350 down here, and take it from me, South Florida = convertible.

Like people have commented, whats your idea of practical? I'll have had mine five years in June. I've taken a two week road trip in it, hauled $200+ worth of groceries in it, etc.

Most of my friends either drive themselves or I drive to them, so hauling people around isn't a problem. No wife, no kids, etc.
