My wife has a new 09 FX35 and loves it. It looked funny at first, but the look grows on you. I love how it handles and the paddle shifters. I couldn't imagine it with the GTR powertrain...simply amazing.

Yeah but the Stagea was more of a station wagon...

If the SUV is of "Infiniti" brand, I think they could possibly pull off the Porsche Cayenne rivalry.

But if they make it look remotely similar to the new FX series, they are doomed. Those new trucks are absolutely hideous compared to the first generation FX.

Never gonna happen unless the economy does a full 180.

Such a niche product would not be cost-effective for Nissan.

Edited: for wrong degree used. LOL

360?? or 180?? Anyway, I can't imagine either of them looking good but a souped up FX would be awesome. I agree though that the FX would have to go through another facelift, I'm glad I kept my '05 first gen.

In favor of: 4 door Infiniti "GTR"

In favor of: Infiniti's answer to Porsche Cayenne and that Lamborghini SUV thing (if that ever came out) and also the AMG Mercedes SUV

Also in favor of Lexus LF-A

But not in favor of $340,000 purchase price

(in article)

def looking forward to it, i have always been a fan of the fx series and think this could be a big hit if done right

but at same time kinda ruins the whole gtr super car effect, imagine you just bought your gtr and some old granny comes by in a 4 door gtr with her kids lmfao
