"Nissan has big plans for its award-winning GT-R supercar. In 2011, we can expect to see not one but two offshoots of the GT-R, namely a four-door Infiniti as well as a Porsche Cayenne-rivaling GT-R SUV, both dropped onto modified versions of the GT-R platform."
You must remember, Nissan has/had the Stagea with the turbocharged GT-R's RB26 for years. It was AWD and used the same technological platform as the GT-R's of the time. This is what I believe they will bring to the US as a "4 door GTR".
If the SUV is of "Infiniti" brand, I think they could possibly pull off the Porsche Cayenne rivalry.
But if they make it look remotely similar to the new FX series, they are doomed. Those new trucks are absolutely hideous compared to the first generation FX.
Yes obviously...lol. Or the Porsche Cheyenne would of died off long ago. Soccer mom's want power too, when there husbands can't give them the thrill at least there SUV can.
