Piping, injectors, radiator, intercooler, etc.... are all things that should be upgraded step by step on any turbo car. So if you build the car right step by step, this won't be as much of an issue. If you try to shortcut it, and just try to slap on turbos, might be a rude awakening.

I don't think GTR pistons are forged. They might be very strong cast or treated to be stronger, but not forged. Otherwise, every car would need to warm up for 5-10 mins to avoid piston slap (as far my knowledge about forged pistons go). If i am wrong, please correct me.
