I've never heard a man say that before honestly. As you said "I can live at home for nothing"... Comon that makes you sound like a freeloader

Because when mom and pops kick you out, you will be living in your car.

non RB. the main reason for the car's legend was that motor. with all the available and proven mods it would be have been nuts.

no available manual. i dont care if it switches gears like a F1 car.

styling is hit or miss. sometimes like it.. sometimes i wish they carried over more cues from the 34. rear fender flares, maybe a more purposeful front end closer to the 34 with the two brake ducts in front. the wing with the brake light in it just looks like an after thought

its an awesome car but its just overstuffed with techno beans. it just seems too over reaching with its efforts and the side effect of all that is the initial cost, weight, and the outrageous maintenance.

i'll probably buy one in a few years just too satisfy the mid-life crisis i'll be going through.

Yep you look at things like a kid that does not realize any car you buy will be worth 50% less in 5 years. If you bought a house you would get record low prices, record low interests rates, & better yet, if you bought it BEFORE you got married it would be yours which means if your wife divorces you she does not get half.

Better yet, wait 5 years, pay double for the house, marry a gal then buy a house, have her control your life, & you can have your depreciated GT-R wishing you could by something newer/better but instead will be figuring out how to pay for diapers.

CircleHeartX-thanks bro...i mean i know where the rest of you are coming from...but after reading and doing some more research..it dosnt make sense to even consider to get a supercar like this and cant even do things you want to do with it...cuz of a dam warranty...so i guess my next question is...what other cars would you consider besides the GTR and Vette to look at?...im basically looking to move up the ladder...if that make sense...

Housing and lending rates run in cycles. To wait for both the housing and lending rates to bottom out this far might take another 15 to 30 years. Are you prepared to wait that long?

Seriously man you can always buy a GT-R later and for a seriously reduced rate (as others pointed out about the depreciation rates for automobiles...........unless they are one of a kind).

Hey if you are planning on living in the car and porking the gf in it, then go for it.

we all remember when we were this age and didn't want to listen to anybody...boy did that work out. i wish i would have bought a house in my 20's then i would probably be better off right now but instead i bought a trans am....however, i was boning in my own pad at the time.

i was in the exact same position but not living at home and wanted that trans am really bad...well my car payment was more than my rent payment. i bet in 5 years the equity of a home would be worth more than the value of a gtr if they were both bought today.

buy the house after you graduate from college...or if you have the money put it down on a house that you can afford. you won't regret it. besides, you already own a nice car and don't even need to buy a new car.
