Does the GTR not come with wheel locks? WTF? For what you pay for a GTR I'm sure the dealer would have thrown them in.

You'd think if he could afford a GTR he'd maybe move into a place with a garage?

That's in holbrook NY. He was sleeping over his GFs apt that night. He does own a house. Plus I've seen much more expensive cars parked in the street in NYC.

Yeah I remember this from last year. The brakes cost more than the wheels. Stupid thieves!

Yeah seriously....I was in NY visiting my brother and i couldn't believe that I saw a Murcielago in the street and still in the same spot the next morning. Also saw a ridiculously rare Ducatti parked outside for several hours....

not everyone is a theif, and also im sure with the gtr and the other stuff u mentioned insurence will come into play thats whats it's for

i'd feel more comfortable leaving my murcielago outside than my girls civic. in fact i might just use the ferrari to block the civic in,

lol, true...I know what you mean. I live in CT now, but I'm originally from astoria, Queens. Its really no big deal to do that stuff out there, but still it's crazy to see.

Yes def... but dont park a bike outside for too long. I have a Honda Delsol project(its not as gay as it sounds... trust me) and I wouldnt even leave it in a Burger King parking lot while I ate without worrying about it.

Wow that blows. Any word on if he found the thieves trying to sell the rims on craigslist or something?

something seems off about this story. If it was just overnight, why would the calipers be that rusted by the morning? I get the feeling that it was sitting there longer than a couple hours.
