little bit of both actually. the front wheels are 9.5 and the rears are 10.5 19'' all around plus the front wheels are turned a bit.

Thanks! It's the Work DH wheel--19 inch. 10.5 in the front and 11.5 in the rear. I recently had the centers painted gunmetal.
